Entrepreneurship education attempts to inspire students' creativity, empower them to recognize chances for innovation, and drive them to turn their ideas into practical and targeted activities in a social, cultural, most importantly in an economic environment. It is an education that teaches young people to strive for success in their endeavours via hard work. This paper examines the effect of creativity on human capital development of Nigerian graduates’ entrepreneurs. In response to the expanding effects of globalization and the growth of the digital economy, which have led to a model revision of the traditional educational role of Nigerian universities, entrepreneurship education has been incorporated into university curricula. The goal of this adjustment is to mitigate the detrimental social effects of graduate unemployment on society while also promoting the development of critical human capital. Nigeria's economic and societal development is shaky, so those with the requisite skills in public and private organizations must work to create businesses, hire people, and produce high-quality goods and services in order to counteract the harmful threat. The paper is required Considering to Nigeria's exceptionally high percentage of graduate unemployment. It is recommended that entrepreneurial educators adopt more experiential teaching approaches/or methodologies that can improve knowledge impartation and develop in students new orientations and mind-sets for wealth creation through the development of small and medium-scale industries and technological growth, and that entrepreneurship education should focus specifically on essential skills that will help would-be graduates develop strong entrepreneurial clout.
